SYNPL
This notice explains third-party software and service rights for SYNPL, operated by WORKSTORIES, INC. It supplements the Terms of Use. It is a general legal notice, not a release-specific inventory of every dependency, version or license.
Libraries, frameworks, connectors, local models and other components supplied with a particular release retain their own copyright and license terms. The applicable license is the one for that actual component and version, including any conditions for modifications, attribution, redistribution or source availability. Mentioning a technology or integration does not establish the license of every implementation that uses it.
Required copyright notices, license texts, NOTICE files, attribution, source code or a valid source offer must be supplied with or made available for the distribution in the manner the applicable license requires. This general page and links to a project's website do not replace those obligations. A component's absence from a summary does not waive its license or reduce the rights it grants.
You retain all rights granted by an applicable open-source license, including copying, modification, redistribution, reverse engineering and source access to the extent that license permits or requires. A restriction in the SYNPL Terms does not override those rights for that component. Preserve required notices and observe the relevant license when exercising them.
SYNPL-specific proprietary code, branding and documentation remain protected except where expressly covered by another license. A license to an embedded component does not authorize redistribution of the whole proprietary application, use of another party's trademarks or access to a cloud provider's internal systems. Your own documents and personal information remain governed by the Terms and Privacy Policy; this notice grants no additional rights over them.
The current product uses local Whisper-based voice-message transcription. The actual local implementation, model files and versions determine the notices that must accompany the release; the feature name alone is not a complete license specification.
OpenAI is the active cloud AI integration in this release. A call to a cloud API does not distribute the provider's model weights or license its internal software to you. A distributed SDK or connector can have a separate software license from the API service. Google, Microsoft, Apple and other connected services likewise operate under the applicable account and service arrangements. Integration does not imply endorsement or partnership.
Anthropic is not an active cloud recipient in this release. Data flows, including Hetzner, Amplitude, Stripe, Apple and Webflow, are described in the Privacy Policy and AI Providers & Data Use. A software license is not consent to transfer mailbox information or train shared models.
SYNPL remains beta software provided as is and as available under Terms Section 12. Third-party authors' own disclaimers and limitations apply according to their licenses. We do not add a guarantee of accuracy, security, availability, compatibility, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose for third-party materials unless expressly agreed or required by law.
For a conflict concerning a component, its license prevails to the extent it requires. Otherwise the Terms govern the service. No disclaimer removes mandatory rights, required license notices, SYNPL's own distribution duties or applicable data-protection obligations. This notice creates no new indemnity or separate liability cap.
Email support@synpl.com with the subject "Third-Party Licenses", your application version and the component name if known. We will provide or direct you to the relevant notices and any required source-access materials in the manner required by the applicable license, without conditions inconsistent with it. Do not send your workspace or confidential source content. This request channel does not replace a requirement to provide notices or source information with the application itself.

Delivering the page also contacts Webflow's CDN and Google Fonts, which receive your IP address to serve files and set no storage of their own here.
