SYNPL
This Policy supplements Sections 7, 8, 11 and 12 of the Terms of Use for purchases from WORKSTORIES, INC. ("SYNPL", "we"). It applies to an offer that incorporates it. Paid access remains experimental beta access, not a guarantee of results, availability, security or a final release. Mandatory rights and express refund obligations remain unaffected.
The standard new monthly offers, when available for purchase, use the following prices and token allowances:
| Monthly subscription price, USD | Included tokens per billing period |
|---|---|
| 79 | 22 million |
| 179 | 55 million |
| 399 | 135 million |
These are monthly subscription allowances, not a separate "credits" system or a promised number of completed tasks. Taxes, the exact amount payable, the billing interval and the available plan are disclosed at checkout. We do not charge for an offer until it is presented and accepted. A different accepted introductory, legacy or negotiated offer keeps its disclosed terms until lawfully changed; this table does not retrospectively alter it.
Confirm device compatibility and required integrations before purchase. Additional setup or support fees apply only when separately agreed. Your independently purchased hardware, network and provider services are not included unless expressly stated. Payments are processed through Stripe for direct purchases; the purchase confirmation identifies the responsible seller for any other purchase channel.
Where the standard beta trial is offered, it provides 24 hours of trial access and requires a payment card. The trial start, exact conversion deadline, selected paid plan, recurring price and trial allowance are disclosed before enrollment. You must affirmatively authorize recurring charges. Unless you cancel before that deadline, the selected paid subscription begins and your payment method is charged.
A trial is not unlimited usage. Cancel through the purchase's subscription controls or by a clear email to support@synpl.com before conversion. A request received before the deadline prevents that charge despite our internal processing delay. We give confirmations and reminders required by applicable law. A temporary card authorization, if applicable, must be distinguished from an actual subscription charge. A trial does not waive statutory withdrawal rights or establish a money-back guarantee.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed interval and price only with valid authorization. Cancel renewal before the next charge using the relevant subscription control or support email. Where law requires an online cancellation or withdrawal function, it must also be provided. Cancellation ordinarily preserves access through the current paid period unless you request immediate closure or the law requires another result.
Uninstalling the application, disconnecting Google, disabling AI or erasing the Mac does not cancel billing. Cancellation does not itself delete source information, local memory or server records. Store-billed purchases follow the responsible seller's process, without removing rights against us where they apply.
Any upgrade or downgrade must disclose its effective date, price, proration, allowance and effect on existing tokens before acceptance. We do not impose an undisclosed mid-period reduction. Price increases or materially adverse metering changes apply prospectively with at least 30 days' notice and any required consent. You may cancel before they take effect.
Tokens are non-transferable service-use units, not cash, stored monetary value or cryptocurrency. They do not guarantee a number of prompts, words, tasks or successful answers. Usage is metered under the rules disclosed for the enabled functions and shown in your account. We may charge only for authorized resources actually consumed under those rules; an inaccurate answer, interruption or unsuccessful task can still consume resources. Billing errors and service remedies remain reviewable.
Monthly allowances and purchased Boost tokens expire at the end of the current billing period; they do not roll over. A Boost adds an allowance to that period, not a new month. Buying it shortly before renewal gives only the time remaining. Its price, token quantity and exact expiry must be shown before payment. An accepted more favorable offer or mandatory law prevails. This rule does not retroactively extinguish a top-up sold under a binding non-expiry commitment.
When the available balance is exhausted, token-dependent AI functions pause. Available local search, indexing and calendar functions can continue, subject to normal device and account requirements. Resume AI through renewal, an offered plan upgrade or a purchased Boost. We do not automatically buy Boosts based solely on acceptance of these policies; any automatic purchasing arrangement would require separate authorization of its amount, trigger and limits.
Except where law, an accepted offer or the Terms requires otherwise, properly authorized charges are final. There is no discretionary refund merely for a change of mind, unused monthly tokens, an expired Boost, non-use of available access or dissatisfaction with a beta answer. This is not a waiver of remedies for misrepresentation, defective service, billing error or unauthorized payment.
We correct substantiated duplicate charges, overcharges and charges without valid authorization. If we discontinue the service or terminate it for reasons unrelated to your breach, we refund the prepaid unused service period and the attributable price of unused, unexpired paid Boost tokens for that service, without double recovery. Material reduction of a prepaid function and rejected materially adverse changes are handled under Terms Sections 11 and 14. The business liability cap does not reduce an express refund due.
Refunds are returned through the original method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed. Bank posting time may vary. We do not substitute service tokens for a cash refund required by law without a lawful agreement.
Where an EEA or UK distance-contract withdrawal right applies, the period is generally 14 days from conclusion, subject to applicable exceptions. Send any clear withdrawal statement before the deadline to support@synpl.com or our mailing address, or use a legally required online withdrawal function. A suitable statement is: "I withdraw from my SYNPL service contract." Include your name, account email, address, contract date and notice date to identify the purchase. No exclusive form is required.
Refunds for valid withdrawal are made within the statutory deadline, normally 14 days. A deduction for service supplied during the withdrawal period is allowed only where the legal conditions are met, including any required express request for early performance and proportionality. Loss of a withdrawal right for completed services or immediately supplied digital content requires the separate consent, acknowledgment and confirmation prescribed by law. Starting a trial or accepting these policies does not by itself waive the right.
Any other mandatory local consumer, cancellation, refund or digital-service remedy remains available. A 24-hour trial or beta disclaimer cannot shorten a statutory protection.
For a billing issue, email support@synpl.com with the account email, charge date, amount, purchase reference and a brief explanation. Do not send full card numbers, security codes or your workspace database. Prompt contact helps investigation but does not shorten a lawful claim period. You retain good-faith card-dispute, court and regulatory rights.
We may proportionately suspend paid features for overdue undisputed charges or substantiated payment abuse under the Terms, with notice where reasonable. Suspension does not authorize retaining a refund that is due. There is no separate liability cap in this Policy; the Terms' limits and exceptions apply.
